We receive two harvests a year - Northern Hemisphere (California, Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal) in the winter and one from the Southern Hemisphere (Chile, Peru, Argentina and Australia) in the summer.

MEDIUM

This category offers a flavor profile with “olivey” or pronounced ripe and green fruit flavors including: grassy, herbaceous, nutty and other fruits, such as tropical, apple and banana. These oils complement grilled meats and vegetables, bruschetta, pasta, sauces and cheeses.​
